**Bid Document Management**:

- Carefully review all tender documents to understand and ensure compliance with all requirements.
- Forward bid documents to the concerned sales authority for confirmation of compliance and bid participation approval.
- **Tender Preparation and Submission**:

- Prepare all necessary legal and bid documentation for each tender.
- Submit bids both online and offline, ensuring that all submissions are accurate, complete, and timely.
- **Portal Management**:

- Handle operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal including issuing authorizations to bidders.
- Manage and maintain bidder profiles and documents on relevant bidding platforms.
- **Financial Management**:

- Follow up on Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and bid security arrangements to ensure that financial commitments meet tender requirements.
- Prepare and manage financial documents including quotations and proforma invoices.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive records of all tenders, bids, and related documents.
- Report on tender outcomes and provide insights on potential areas for improvement in the tendering process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tender management, procurement, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of tender processes and legal requirements.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
