Job Description - To construct and update 3D models with the latest information with BIM modelers - To check and ensure model quality, and to maintain the model to be the latest or certain information versions determined by the BIM manger - To check, report, and resolve clashes • To lead drafting with the latest models Requirement - Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services, Architectural or Structural Engineering Construction Management with more than 3 years of working experience in construction, design, drafting and/or coordination (services). - Formally trained in BIM (Specialist Diploma or BCAA or equivalent Modelling Training certification), preferably with at least 1 year of experience in services coordination using BIM or BIM management and modelling experience in a design, engineering or construction firm for a large project. - A minimum of 1 BIM Coordinator for each respective discipline of Architecture, Civil & Structure and E&M. The BIM Coordinator Architectural shall be the lead coordinator for all disciplines and including coordination with the novated Architectural consultant BIM personnel and SWCs.
